Terms of engagement

These terms govern use of the website at https://featurevertexhub.digital and professional work booked with Feature Vertex Hub, operating from Bang Mara,Johor Bahru,Johor,80000,Malaysia. By using the site or confirming an engagement you accept them. If you cannot accept them, do not send an experiment pack or hold a briefing date.

Who we are

Feature Vertex Hub writes feature experiment readouts and related briefings for product teams. Contact: info@featurevertexhub.digital, telephone +6072246377. These terms describe a professional service, not software access, hosting, or a consumer shop.

Acceptance

A written confirmation of scope and fee — including email — forms the engagement. Sending a pack after we quote is an offer to proceed on that quote. We may decline work, including when assignment is known to be broken and a ship recommendation is still requested.

Your responsibilities

You warrant that you have the right to share the experiment materials, that they do not include personal data beyond what your own policies allow in email, and that named attendees have authority to discuss the feature. You remain responsible for product decisions, flags, and communications inside your company.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your hypotheses, screens, and results tables. You receive a licence to use the memo, decision slip, and workshop notes inside your organisation. You may not publish the memo as if it were your unaided work, resell it, or use Feature Vertex Hub’s name to imply a continuing appointment we have not agreed. Our journal articles, site copy, and briefing method remain ours.

Confidentiality

We treat experiment packs as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement. We may speak in general terms about kinds of experiments in our journal without naming you or the feature. Named case use requires your written permission.

No guarantee of a particular result

A readout interprets the materials you supply. It is not a promise that a feature will succeed, that a regulator will agree, or that internal leadership will accept the recommendation. Statistical language in a memo is professional judgement, not a warranty.

Website

The site is informational. Rates are starting figures. Forms on this site post to a mock endpoint for demonstration of the request flow; a confirmed booking still happens by our reply in email. We may change pages without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Feature Vertex Hub is not liable for lost profits, lost flags, delayed releases, or indirect loss arising from a readout or from use of this website. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia, including the courts at Johor Bahru, have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion in good faith.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version in force for an engagement is the version at the date of written confirmation, unless a later change is agreed in writing.
