Privacy notice
This notice explains how Feature Vertex Hub handles personal data when you visit https://featurevertexhub.digital, write to us, or book a feature experiment readout. It should be read with our cookies notice.
Data controller
Feature Vertex Hub, Bang Mara,Johor Bahru,Johor,80000,Malaysia, is the controller for enquiry and client records described here. Email info@featurevertexhub.digital or telephone +6072246377.
What we collect
From the contact form and email: name, email address, engagement type, experiment or feature name, preferred briefing date, and the message you write. From phone calls: notes needed to reply. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card numbers, or customer-level experiment extracts on this website. Please do not paste personal data of your users into the form.
If you later become a client, invoices and engagement files may include company name, billing contact, and the experiment materials you choose to send. Those materials should be stripped of unnecessary personal data before they reach us.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, quote, schedule briefings, and keep a record of what was agreed. Lawful bases under Malaysian personal data law include the steps needed to answer your request and, where required, your consent for optional cookies. We do not sell lists of product managers.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 18 months so we can recognise a follow-up. Confirmed engagement files are kept for seven years for accounting and for any later disagreement about what the memo said. You may ask us to delete enquiry mail earlier where the law allows.
Your rights
Subject to Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act requirements, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, and, in some cases, withdrawal of consent or limits on use. Write to info@featurevertexhub.digital. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. You may also complain to the relevant Malaysian authority if you believe the law has not been followed.
Processors and international transfers
Email and file transfer may pass through processors outside Malaysia, for example where a video briefing is hosted. We take steps that are reasonable in context — contractual terms and limited access — before using such processors. Experiment packs should not include data that your own policy forbids leaving Malaysia.
Children
This site and our engagements are for adult product professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice of the new text.
